TIAA-CREF - Employees are eligible after one year of service or after one year of service at another institution of higher learning prior to employment with Marian University. If you contribute 3% of your salary, the University contributes 7% of your salary. If you contribute 2% of your salary, the University contributes 5% of your salary. If you contribute 1% of your salary, the University contributes 3% of your salary.
